- Enter your date of birth. Read the terms and conditions and then select ‘Proceed’

How to Collect Your Money?
There are a couple of ways you can withdraw your FNB eWallet payment.
From ATM
Simply go to any FNB ATM and follow these instructions to withdraw your money.
- At the FNB ATM select select ‘Cardless Services’ option on the welcome screen
- Select ‘eWallet Services’
- Enter in your cellphone number and proceed
- Enter in the pin you received via SMS and select the amount you want to withdraw
- Take your cash and enjoy.
At Spar
You can now withdraw cash at selected Spar retail stores across the country.
First, find out from your nearest Spar if they offer ewallet cash withdrawal service. You can always use the FNB store locator to find Spar retailers that offer this service.
Tell the cashier you want to collect money from e-wallet. They’re going to ask for your cellphone number and will be allowed to enter your pin.
If all is successful, the cashier will give you the money and you can spend however you want.
Pin Expired, What Now?
