  • Enter the 10-digit reference number that has been sent to your cellphone.
  • Enter the six-digit pin code that was provided by the person who sent the money.
  • Once the transaction has been verified, the full amount will be issued to you.

2. Pep eWallet Withdrawal

You can withdraw cash at any PEP, PEPhome, PEPcell, or at any of the Pep multiple cash-out partners (Usave, Shoprite, Checkers).

To collect money at till points or money market, you must present your bar-coded South African ID Book or Card.
